1. Scope

These terms apply to our websites, demos, pilots, and engagements. Specific project terms may be set in separate agreements.

2. Use of services

• Provide accurate information when requesting demos or engagements.
• Do not misuse the site or services (no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity).
• Respect IP and confidentiality terms defined in any separate agreements.

3. Content & IP

Unless otherwise agreed, you retain ownership of your provided content. HeadEasy retains ownership of its materials, tools, and know-how. Engagement-specific IP terms are defined in the applicable agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for the purposes of the engagement, subject to any signed NDAs or MSAs.

5. Warranties & disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" except where explicitly stated in a signed agreement. We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HeadEasy TechKnow Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
